The development of the national economy is impossible without the targeted development of regions. In Ukraine, the majority of initiatives in the field of innovation are concentrated in large cities, while the potential of the regions remains underestimated. We are working on creating innovation ecosystems directly in local areas — in interaction with local universities, businesses, communities, and authorities. At the heart of our approach is taking into account the competitive advantages and weaknesses of each region, its history, culture, and economy, which aligns with modern European models of regional innovation development.
We have studied dozens of startup school, incubator, and accelerator programs in Ukraine and abroad. In most cases, they are focused on supporting already formed ideas: their verification, scaling, and financing. However, the process of creating the ideas themselves — systematic, meaningful, strategic — remains overlooked.
Our strategy is unique. It is based on in-depth research into creativity techniques, practical experience in business, education, and the management of innovation processes. We have developed and apply our proprietary training “Creativity in Innovation,” our own model for evaluating the effectiveness of techniques, and a combinatorial approach to selecting methodologies depending on the task.
Our developments qualitatively distinguish us from other organizations working in the field of innovation development — we do not simply support ideas; we focus on creating the conditions for high-quality, systematic, and continuous innovation development.
Based on this approach, we have created a toolkit for launching regional innovation ecosystems. We help local initiatives organize spaces, programs, methodological support, and a mentoring environment for the collaboration of students, veterans, entrepreneurs, scientists, and businesses. Such an ecosystem fosters the emergence of startups, local innovative businesses, new jobs, partnerships, educational opportunities, and improves the quality of life in communities through innovations that are meaningful and work in a specific region.
We don’t just talk about innovation — we create the conditions in which it is born, develops, and is implemented.
Innovation begins with an idea. And a quality idea is born where there is knowledge, space for thinking, support, and community.
This is how we see the path to sustainable national development — through the development of regions based on knowledge, creativity, and innovation.
