About
The NGO “KNOWLEDGE CREATIVITY INNOVATION” was established in 2025 with the aim of developing an innovation ecosystem in Ukraine in cooperation with universities, businesses, and civil society. We unite individuals who believe in the power of ideas, knowledge, and creative thinking as the driving force of development.
The founders of the organization have many years of experience in researching creativity techniques and innovative thinking, the results of which are presented in scientific publications, at international conferences, and in a doctoral dissertation on the combinatorics of creativity techniques in innovative entrepreneurship.
At the same time, the organization’s team has deep expertise in managing investment funds, financial companies, and business projects, which allows for effectively combining the academic foundation with applied solutions.
At the core of our activities is the creation of an effective innovation ecosystem based on teaching systematic creativity techniques (grounded in scientific research), developing partnerships, implementing interdisciplinary initiatives, and organizing physical spaces for learning, facilitation, and the collaborative development of innovations.

- TRIZ, design thinking, the method of focal objects, morphological analysis — techniques that we adapt for use in education, business, startups, and social projects.

- We develop recommendations for companies and educational institutions on improving the effectiveness of idea generation, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering organizational creativity.

We develop systems for assessing innovation potential
- We apply our developed qualimetric three-level model for evaluating the effectiveness of using creativity techniques — at the individual, team, and organizational levels. This tool allows for an objective analysis of innovation processes and the selection of the most effective methods adapted to the specifics of a particular environment.

- We create spaces — physical and digital — where ideas are born, grow, and are implemented. We connect people, knowledge, and action.
Who we help and why it matters
Students, war veterans, entrepreneurs, company teams — these are individuals who can create valuable products, launch projects, and improve processes, but often lack access to effective methods for developing innovative thinking.
We help them believe in their own abilities, master creative techniques, structure ideas, and implement them into real solutions — in the form of startups, social initiatives, and internal innovations.
